Sleeves
1.  Cut out small rectangle of gold dot ribbon and glue/wrap around dolls arm as shown.

2.  Cut out 11/2" square of both netting and gold dot ribbon.  Put together and sew gathering stitch around edges.  Pull tight and sew this *poof* onto doll's arm at shoulder.

3.  Cut out small triangle from velvet.  Cut out larger triangle from printed material.  Lay velvet piece RIGHT SIDE UP on WRONG SIDE of printed material.  Fold over edge (as shown below for finished edge) and then fold over edges of printed material and glue to velvet.  This forms a nice finished (lined) sleeve.

4.  Cut off excess sleeve so top is a straight line, gather and sew onto arm (below puff) as shown.  Insert arm into shoulder and glue.

5.  Add gold decoration and position as desired.

6.  Add a belt of metallic gold/red.  And Your Comtesse is dressed!  Wig as desired and then have a GREAT time beading for days!!
